For women 40+ who are tired of guessing

Your body is not betraying you. It’s talking to you.

I’m Annie, a registered nurse and women’s wellness educator. I help women understand the changes in their energy, hair, weight, mood, sleep, desire and numbers so they can stop chasing everything, know where to begin, and get more of their life back.

Education, coaching, speaking and real-life wellness that works outside the perfect week.

“You’re not trying to be 18 again. You’re trying to be the best version of you at this age.”Annie Chitate, RN
Sound familiar?“I don’t feel like myself.”“Where do I even begin?”“I’ve tried everything.”“Is this just aging?”
Annie’s starting point
Before we fix the symptom, we ask what your body is trying to say.

Maybe it’s the chin hair. Maybe the belly changed. Maybe your blood pressure makes you nervous, your hair is thinning, your sleep is broken, you’ve lost your spark, or you keep hearing that everything looks “normal” when you know you don’t feel normal.

You do not need another 47-step routine. You need context. You need to connect the dots. And then you need a first step simple enough to do when life is actually happening.

“Women don’t just want smaller jeans. They want themselves back.”

That is the work: understanding the whole woman, not reducing her life to one symptom, one lab, one number or one season.

The Annie way

Less guessing. More understanding. One right next step.

01 · Notice the message

Your symptom is a clue.

Energy, hair, belly, mood, sleep, desire, blood pressure and blood sugar can look disconnected. Annie teaches women to see the pattern instead of fighting every dot separately.

02 · Find the first domino

Everything does not deserve equal attention.

Instead of buying another supplement or starting another all-or-nothing plan, find the few inputs that may be moving the most in your real life.

03 · Make it livable

Sustainable wins count.

A wellness plan that only works on a perfect Monday is not a plan. Annie’s standard is simple: can you still do it when you’re busy, caregiving, tired or traveling?

Signature idea

Bring Sexy Back.

And no, girl, this is not just about libido.

Sexy can mean walking into a room without shrinking. Feeling soft instead of constantly braced. Having enough energy left for the people you love. Wanting your husband instead of feeling guilty that you don’t. Taking the trip. Wearing the dress. Starting the thing. Recognizing the woman in the mirror.

It can mean feeling alive in your own skin again.

The women in the room

They are not asking to be twenty again.

They are asking for their life to feel like theirs again.

Nurse first. Translator always.

Science is only useful if a woman can use it Tuesday morning.

Annie has spent years translating complicated health ideas into language women can actually carry home. She will nerd out with you, then turn around and explain it with a group text, a pantry, a house cat, a cheetah, or whatever makes the light bulb come on.

Her work grew from nursing and women’s wellness education into Everyday Nurse, live events, coaching, botanical wellness and public speaking. The through-line is the same: help women understand what is happening, make the next step feel possible, and never talk down to them.

The bigger reason
Life is not done.
Health is not the finish line. It is what gives you access to the rest of your life.

To be there. To keep moving. To travel. To love. To finish the book. To build the business. To enjoy the grandchildren. To complete the purpose.

Annie’s work is not about making women obsessed with wellness. It is about helping health take its proper place: underneath the life they are still here to live.
